- POST NAME: Chief Treasury Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role holder is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Treasury strategy, Fund management, regulatory investments, transfer pricing, management of interest rate etc. in order to ensure utilization of the Bank’s funds in the most optimal manner so as to maximize profits within the risk parameters.
QUALIFICATION: Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA preferred)
EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years of treasury experience with a thorough understanding of markets, hedging, investments, bank account management and internal funds flow.

- POST NAME: Chief Audit Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role holder would be responsible for assisting the Board of Directors in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities by providing independent appraisal of the Bank’s compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures and set standards; Direct a comprehensive internal audit within the Bank and provide timely information to the Board on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Bank’s internal control systems and quality of the facilities granted.
QUALIFICATION: Graduation in Finance or equivalent (CA preferred)
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial institution with at least 4-5 years heading internal audit/ risk/ compliance. Should have team managing experience for 4-5 years.

EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years of experience in core finance areas such as financial compliance, financial process controls, business planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting, wealth management and taxation. Should have team managing experience for 2-3 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
To plan, lead and manage all activities of the compliance function; lead the design and implementation of an integrated compliance program for carrying out the business of the Bank in accordance with the regulatory framework and principles of good corporate governance; To liaison with RBI for all compliance-related work.
QUALIFICATION: LLB / LLM from a Tier 2 or 3 college Certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will be considered as an added qualification
EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years experience in managing compliance function with a strong knowledge of corporate laws- banking, civil, criminal, IPR, consumer, land acquisition, taxation, regulatory, etc, and having a strong business acumen
