North Eastern Space Application Centre (NESAC) Umiam, Meghalaya, has released a notification/ advertisement inviting eligible candidates for the post of Assistant and Junior Personal Assistant vacancy.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Arts/ Commerce/ Management/ Science/ Computer Applications with First Class, as declared by the University. Knowledge in the use of Computers.
Selection process for NESAC: The candidates will be selected on the basis of the following:
- Written Test
- Skill Test (Computer Literacy)
Name of Post: Junior Personal Assistant
Number of Posts: 01
Reservation: UR
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Arts/ Commerce/ Science/ Management/ Computer Applications with First Class as declared by the University.
- Speed of 80 word per minute in English Stenography.
- A minimum knowledge in the use of computers.
OR
- Diploma in Commercial/ Secretarial Practice with First Class with one year experience as Steno-Typist/ Stenographer
- Speed of 80 word per minute in English Stenography
- A minimum knowledge in the use of computers
Age Limit:
- 18 – 26 Years as on 05-10-2020
- 31 Years for SC/ ST Category
- 29 Years for OBC Category only if post is reserved for the category
Application Fee for NESAC:
- There will be a non-refundable application fee of ₹ 500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for each application
- The fee should be paid online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking only through Integrated SBI Collect Facility
- All women candidates/ SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee
