Eligibility Criteria For IOCL Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
I. Junior Engineering Assistant
Production:
- 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering
- OR 3 years B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry)
- Minimum 50% marks for General, EWS, & OBC candidates; 45% for SC/ST candidates
P&U:
- 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- OR Matric with ITI (Fitter) of minimum 2 years duration
- OR B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry)
- ALONG WITH Boiler Competency Certificate (BCC) with Second Class OR National Apprenticeship Certificate in Boiler Attendant under the Apprentices Act, 1961 with endorsement of equivalence to the Second-Class Boiler Attendant Certificate by the Competent Boiler Authority of the State
P&U-O&M:
- 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 50% marks for General, EWS, & OBC candidates; 45% for SC/ST candidates
Electrical:
- 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 50% marks for General, EWS, & OBC candidates; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
Mechanical:
- 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- OR Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration with Pass class
- Minimum 50% marks for General, EWS, & OBC candidates; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
Instrumentation:
- 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 50% marks for General, EWS, & OBC candidates; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
Fire & Safety:
- Matric plus Sub-Officers’ Course from NFSC-Nagpur or equivalent (Regular Course of minimum 6 months duration) from any other recognized institute
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
II. Junior Quality Control Analyst
- B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry & Mathematics
- Minimum 50% marks for General, EWS, & OBC candidates; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
III. Engineering Assistant
- Three years full-time Diploma in the relevant disciplines of Engineering from a Government recognized Institute
IV. Technical Attendant
- Matric / 10th pass and ITI pass from a Government recognized Institute in the specified ITI Trades and duration with marks sheet indicating marks of all semesters/years and Trade Certificate/National Trade Certificate
Age Limit For Non Executive Posts
The candidates age must be between 18 years to 26 years for Un-reserved candidates as on 31st July, 2024.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ ST: 5 years

b) Pipelines Division

Post Code 401:
- Pay Scale: Rs. 23,000 – 78,000/-
