Eligibility Criteria For ASDMA Guwahati Recruitment
Educational Qualification & Competency:
1) Resilient Social Sector & Infrastructure Specialist
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate or higher-level University degree in Social Science, Environmental Science, Development Studies, Management Studies, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing programs/projects in the social sector, focusing on resilience/risk reduction, funded by state/national government or International Agencies.
- Skills: Strong domain knowledge of relevant and emerging techno-legal regimes.
- Proven experience in working and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including line departments, the Private Sector, NGOs, and Associations.
2) Resilient Livelihood Specialist
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in relevant fields such as Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Development, Climatology/Meteorology, Water Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, Disaster Management, Development Studies, or related areas.
- Preferred Qualification: Doctorate/PhD degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of practical working experience in agriculture and livelihood projects at the state and local levels.
3) Preparedness and Building Back Better Specialist
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Disaster Management, International Development or Humanitarian Assistance, Development Studies, Social Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Eligibility for Retired Officers: Retired officers with at least 3 years of experience in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs are also eligible.
- Experience: Proficiency in program monitoring and evaluation, including the application of SPHERE standards and the integration of gender equality approaches.
- Understanding of Core Humanitarian Standards and national/state government manuals, standards, and policies on disaster management.
4) Shared Resilience and Finance Management Specialist
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Financial Management, or Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance.
- Preferred Qualification: PhD in a relevant subject will be given additional weightage.
- Experience: Expertise in project appraisal of PPP (Public-Private Partnership) and international projects.
