Name of the Post: Contract Management & Procurement Specialist, Environmental Specialist and Procurement Executive Posts

Under Organization: Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of South East Guwahati Water Supply Project (SEGWSP).
Post-Wise Vacancies:
- Contract Management & Procurement Specialist: 01 Post
- Environmental Specialist: 01 Post
- Procurement Executive: 01 Post
Eligibility Criteria For GMDWSB Recruitment
Educational Qualification & Experience:
1) Contract Management & Procurement Specialist
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution with a professional diploma/degree/certification in Public Procurement.
- Or a full-time Master’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Public Procurement, Finance, Business, or Commerce) from a recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution.
- Experience in procurement norms of funding agencies like World Bank/Asian Development Bank/National Development Bank for externally aided projects.
Minimum Experience Required:
- 08 years in procurement and contract management (with professional diploma/degree/certification in Public Procurement).
- 10 years in procurement and contract management (without professional diploma/degree/certification in Public Procurement).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in procurement and contract management for externally aided projects.
2) Environmental Specialist
- Full-time Master’s/Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or any relevant discipline from a recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution.
- Or a full–time Graduate in Civil Engineering with a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science or any relevant discipline from a recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution.
Minimum Experience Required:
- 08 years of professional experience as an Environmental Expert.
- Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in externally aided projects.
3) Procurement Executive
- Full-time graduate in Engineering or Commerce from a recognized University with certification in the Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP).
Minimum Experience Required:
- 03 years of experience in handling procurement-related functions and financial management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in externally aided projects (EAP).
