Eligibility Criteria For IRDAI Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
a) Assistant Manager (Actuarial):
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks
- 7 papers passed of IAI as per the 2019 curriculum
b) Assistant Manager (Finance):
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks
- ACA/ AICWA/ ACMA/ ACS/ CFA
c) Assistant Manager (Law):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum of 60% marks
d) Assistant Manager (IT):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks
OR - Masters in Computers Application with a minimum of 60% marks
OR - Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computers/ Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks
e) Assistant Manager (Research):
- Master’s Degree or 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Economics/ Econometrics/ Quantitative Economics/ Mathematical Economics/ Integrated Economics Course/ Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics & Informatics with a minimum of 60% marks
f) Assistant Manager (Generalist):
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks
Age Limit For IRDAI Posts
The Candidates Age Limit For IRDAI Recruitment 2024 is between 21 years to 30 years as on 20th September, 2024 i.e. Candidates should have been born not earlier than 21st September, 1994, and not later than 20th September, 2003 (both days inclusive).

Pay Scale For Assistant Manager Vacancies
Pay Details:
Rs. 44,500 to Rs. 89,150 Per Month over 17 years, with annual increments as per the following schedule:
- Rs. 2,500 increment for the first 4 years, reaching Rs. 54,500.
- Rs. 2,850 increment for the next 7 years, reaching Rs. 74,450.
- Rs. 2,850 increment for the next 4 years (under the Efficiency Bar), reaching Rs. 85,850.
- Rs. 3,300 increment for the final year, reaching Rs. 89,150.
Other allowances are also applicable.

Fee Details:
- UR: Rs. 750/-
- SC/ ST/ PwBD: Rs. 100/-
