Educational Qualification:
1) Assistant Manager (RDBS)
(a) General:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 55%) OR
- Post Graduate Degree/MBA/PGDM with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 50%) OR
- CA/CS/ICWA OR Ph.D. from recognized institutions.
(b) Chartered Accountant:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Membership of ICAI (obtained on or before 1st July, 2024).
(c) Finance:
- BBA/BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 55%) OR
- Two years full-time PG Diploma/MBA/MMS (Finance) with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 50%) with a Bachelor’s Degree OR
- Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 55%).
(d) Computer/Information Technology:
- Four years Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering/Technology fields with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 55%) OR
- Post Graduate Degree in relevant fields with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 50%) OR
- Graduate with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD: 55%) and DOEACC ‘B’ Level.
(e) Agriculture:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with 60% marks (PWBD: 55%) OR
- Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 55% marks (PWBD: 50%).
(f) Animal Husbandry:

(q) Human Resource Management:

2) Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha)
- Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects, with 60% marks (SC/PWBD: 55%) in aggregate.
- PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University. Candidates must have studied English and Hindi as subjects for at least 2 years during their Bachelor’s Degree. OR
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with 60% marks (SC/PWBD: 55%) in aggregate, having studied English as a main/elective subject for at least 2 years during the Bachelor’s Degree. OR
- Master’s Degree in English with 60% marks (SC/PWBD: 55%) in aggregate, having studied Hindi as a main/elective subject for at least 2 years during the Bachelor’s Degree.
Skill Requirement:
- Ability to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.

Salary For NABARD Vacancies
Salary Details:
