Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has recently released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 22 Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager).

1. Name of Post: General
No. of Posts: 05 (SC: 01, ST: 01, OBC: 01, EWS: 01, UR: 01)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized University, CA, CFA, CS, CWA.
2. Name of Post: Actuarial
No. of Posts: 02 (UR)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University/ Institute and Pass or exemption in all Seven (07) ‘Core Principles’ subjects of the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) Examination.
3. Name of Post: Finance & Accounts
No. of Posts: 02 (OBC: 01, UR: 01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university AND Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)/ Associate Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA) [erstwhile Associate of Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India (AICWA)] or Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA) [erstwhile Fellow of Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India (FICWA)] from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) [erstwhile Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI)] / Associate Company Secretary (ACS) or Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute.

Age Limit for PFRDA Recruitment 2021
A candidate must not have exceeded the age of thirty (30) years as of 31-July-2021, i.e., the candidates must have been born on or after 01-August-1991
Relaxation: The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable:
- up to a maximum of five years for candidates belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe if the posts are reserved for them
- up to a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes who are eligible to avail of reservation applicable to such candidates if the posts are reserved for them;
