Qualification & Experience:
1) Group General Manager (HR)
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD. OR
- MBA with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management
Experience:
- Minimum 23 years of post-qualification experience
2) General Manager (HR)
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD. OR
- MBA with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management
Experience:
- Minimum 19 years of post-qualification experience
3) Assistant Manager (Mechanical)
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD. OR
- MBA with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
