Gunotsav Results 2024
The Assam Government has taken a unique initiative called Gunotsav to assess the quality of education provided in government schools across the state.
The primary aim of Gunotsav is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the education system and take necessary measures to enhance the quality of education.
The evaluation for Gunotsav 2024 is conducted in three phases. A team of experts assess the performance of the students in various subjects and fields like reading, writing, mathematics, and social sciences using standardized tools and techniques to ensure impartiality and fairness.
The students and teachers will now be able to check the Gunotsav Result Online at www.gunotsav2024.in

What is Gunotsav Assam?
Gunotsav, is an initiative of the Assam Government focuses mainly on assessment of learning outcomes of children for identifying learning gaps and subsequently designing remedial measures for improvement.
Gunotsav, 2024 has been scheduled in the month of January/February in three phases. There will be self-evaluation followed by External evaluation. The evaluation will consist of scholastic, co-scholastics, community participation covering Class I to IX and based on the performance of students assessment will be made.
Accordingly schools will be evaluated based on 90% on Scholastic, 5% each on Co-scholastics and Community participation. It may be mentioned that the tools (question papers) have also been prepared on the basis of Learning Outcomes.
After analysing the learning levels and identifying the learning gaps, suitable strategic action plan is expected to be designed to improve, where necessary.
