Results of Assam Gunotsav 2022 which was held in three phases in May and June this year (2022) were declared on 05-September-2022 (Monday).
This year, however, the results for the education department have not been encouraging.

About Gunotsav Assam | gunotsavassam.in
Gunotsav, is an initiative of the State Government focuses mainly on assessment of learning outcomes of children for identifying learning gaps and subsequently designing remedial measures for improvement.
Gunotsav, 2022 has been scheduled in the month of May and June, 2022 in three phases. There will be self-evaluation followed by External evaluation. The evaluation will consist of scholastic, co-scholastics, community participation covering Class I to IX and based on the performance of students assessment will be made.
Accordingly schools will be evaluated based on 90% on Scholastic, 5% each on Co-scholastics and Community participation. It may be mentioned that the tools ( question papers) have also been prepared on the basis of Learning Outcomes.
After analysing the learning levels and identifying the learning gaps, suitable strategic action plan is expected to be designed to improve, where necessary.
