The ADRE 2.0 admit cards for the Assam Direct Recruitment 2024 will be available from 11:00 AM of 2nd September 2024.
The candidates who have applied for the HSSLC Level posts can download their Admit Card for the written examination by visiting the websites of Govt. of Assam (www.assam.gov.in) and the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (www.site.sebaonline.org)

Exam Date: As per the latest information, the Grade-III Examinations will be held on 15th September 2024 and 29th September 2024. Similarly, the Grade-IV Examinations will take place on 27th October 2024.

Grade III Posts
Category I: Bachelor Degree Level
- No. of Posts: 4,055 Posts
- Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 (six) months duration from a recognized Institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 (six) months duration and Stenography Certificate from recognized Institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 (six) months duration from a recognized Institute.
Category II: HSSLC Level
- No. of Posts: 3,127 Posts
- Minimum Educational Qualification:
- HSSLC or equivalent Examination passed
- HSSLC (Science) Examination passed
Category III: HSLC Level
- No. of Posts: 418 Posts
- Minimum Educational Qualification: HSLC or equivalent Examination passed with valid LMV Driving Licence
Age Limit for ADRE Grade III: Not less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2023. The upper age limit is relaxable only as stipulated below.
The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the School/Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card/ Certificate issued by a recognized Board/ Council/ Schools/ or other Government document, as applicable and notified.
- 05 years for SC/ ST candidates.
- 03 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates.
- 02 years for Ex-Servicemen.
- 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates.

Grade IV Posts
- HSLC (Class Ten) or equivalent examination passed

- HSLC (Class Ten) or equivalent examination passed along with ITI pass certificate in the trade of wireman/ electrician/ fitter/ welder/ machinist/ Electronics Mechanic from Govt. of Assam approved Institute.
- No. of Posts: 1,990 Posts
- Read up to Class-VIII
- No. of Posts: 1,950 Posts
Note: The maximum qualification for Grade IV Category is HSSLC (Class-12) or equivalent examination passed.

ADRE Exam Pattern and Syllabus
ADRE Grade III Exam Pattern
- There will be a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), carrying 1.75 marks each for the examination for posts with minimum required qualification of Bachelor Degree and Bachelor Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma.
- There will be 100 multiple choice questions, carrying 1.5 marks each for the posts with minimum required qualification of HSSLC or equivalent.
- There shall be no negative marking.
- The selection of candidates for inviting them for computer proficiency test/ skill test/interview will be in the ratio of 1:2. Candidates scoring identical marks in the written examination will be invited for appearing in the proficiency test/ skill test/ interview, irrespective of the ratio mentioned.
- The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for computer proficiency test/ skill test/ interview.

ADRE Grade IV Exam Pattern
- There will be a total of 135 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), carrying 1 (one mark) each, to be attempted in 120 minutes.
- There shall be no negative marking.
- The selection of candidates for inviting them for interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2.
- Candidates scoring identical marks in the written examination will be invited for appearing in the interview/ skill test, irrespective of ratio mentioned above.
- The detailed SOPs for conduct of written examination for maintaining order and discipline shall be issued separately by SEBA.
