Assam Direct Recruitment 2023 – ADRE Online Application Form Correction

Assam Direct Recruitment 2023 Notification Out: The Assam Government has released a notification and invited online application to the recruitment of Grade III and Grade IV Posts in Assam Government. As announced, 12,600 Grade 3 and Grade 4 vacancies will be filled through the Assam Direct Recruitment New Vacancy 2023. The State Level Recruitment Commissions will start the application process for the ADRE 2.0 from 10th November 2023 and it will end on 29th December 2023.

Assam Direct Recruitment Application Correction Online

The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has officially released two notifications regarding the opening of correction window for candidates who have submitted their online ADRE applications with wrong particulars.

The application correction window for Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) 2024 will be open from 5th January, 2024 (11 AM) to 18th January, 2024.

All those candidates who have entered any wrong particulars may now correct their particulars through this correction window. 

The candidates who do not want to change any information are not required to do anything.

Note: There will not be any option to change candidate’s registered mobile no., photograph and signature

How to Correct/Edit ADRE Online Application Form?

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to correct or edit your Assam Direct Recruitment Online Application Form:

• Scroll down and go to Correction Links section
• Click on Online Correction Form
• Login using your Application Number & Password
• Click on Edit Profile Menu
• An OTP will be sent to candidate’s registered number and OTP Page will be displayed
• Enter OTP and verify
• Application Form will be displayed in edit mode
• To edit Candidate’s Name & Employment Registration id, instead of direct edit option, there will be  an option:
  • Do You want  to Change?
  • If clicked ‘Yes’ then a text box will be displayed where candidate can enter their correct Name or Employment Registration id respectively.
  • This new value will be saved as ‘Request Change’ but old values of Name & Registration id will be kept as it is.
• There will not be any option to change Candidate’s Registered Mobile No., Photograph and Signature. All other information can be edited including preferential appointment under the Assam Public Service (Preferential Appointment) Rules, 1999
• After completion of Edit, candidate need to click on ‘Update’ button. A page will be displayed where the candidate can take print out of their Application Form and Lock the profile
• After locking profile, the candidate cannot make any changes in application form

Assam Direct Recruitment Educational Qualification

1. Grade-IV (Class-IV): 5000 Posts

• Read upto Class VIII: 1,950
• HSLC or Equivalent passed: 1,060
• HSLC with ITI: 1,990

Maximum Qualifications: Candidates must not have educational qualifications higher than Class 12th Pass. The candidates having qualification higher than maximum qualification on the date of application are not eligible to apply for the ADRE 2.0 Grade IV vacancies.

2. Grade III (Category I): 4055 Posts

No of Posts: 4,055 posts

Mandatory Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s Degree.
• Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 months duration.
• Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6 (six) months duration and Stenography Certificate from recognized Institute.
• Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6(six) months duration from a recognized Institute. (As applicable)

3. Grade III (Category II): 3127 Posts

No of Posts: 3,127 Posts

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent examinations. (Some specific posts need candidates to be class 12th passed from science stream.)

4. Grade III (Category III): 418 Posts

Name of the Post: Driver

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination with valid LMV Driving Licence.

Other Criteria for ADRE 2023

• Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have registered their names in any one of the employment exchanges of Assam
• Working Candidate: Those  candidates who  are  already  in Government  service  should  produce NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the respective HoDs (Heads of Departments) at the time of the Skill Test/ Document Verification

ADRE Apply Online

Candidates who wish to apply for the Assam Direct Recruitment 2023 must follow the steps given below carefully:

• The instructions for filling up prescribed online form shall be available in website www.sebaonline.org as well as in the Official Assam Government website i.e., https://assam.gov.in from 10th November 2023
• The applications shall be received from 10th November 2023 onwards upto 29th December 2023
• The candidates should fill up all the fields in the online application form. Once the online application is submitted, there will be no scope for editing/ correction/ resubmission.
• After submitting the online application form, the candidates will get a unique number against their submitted application and will utilise the unique number for all future references
• Candidates must also note that for any lapse in submission of online application die to technical problem, the Commission will not be responsible.

Assam Direct Recruitment Selection Process

The Assam Direct Recruitment Commission will be conducting separate competitive examinations for the selection of candidates for different post category.

Accordingly, the commission will select candidates for recommendation on merit, in order of higher Grade Pay taking into consideration reservations for OBC, SC, ST and other categories.

The Assam Direct Recruitment 2023 shall be held separately on different dates so as to enable higher degree holders to appear in more than one examination.

Note: The detailed selection process for the upcoming latest Adam Direct Recruitment 2023 has not yet been released, As per official sources, the scheme of examination will be published at least one week before the conduct of written test. Hence, the interested and eligible candidates are requested to check last year’s ADRE selection process to get an idea about the upcoming Assam Direct Recruitment.

The recruitment commission will be organising separate examinations as per the educational qualifications given below:
