APSC CCE 2024: The Assam Public Service Commission will conduct the Preliminary Examination of the Combined Competitive Examination, 2023 for screening of candidates for the Main Examination for recruitment to the services/ posts as per the actual number of vacancies shown below, in accordance with the Assam Public Services Combined Competitive Examination Rules, 1989 (as amended till 2023).

The interested and eligible candidates may apply online for the latest APSC CCE Prelims Examination 2024 by visiting the Official Recruitment Portal at apscrecruitment.in after reading the complete APSC Prelims Official Notification pdf from the link given below.

The tentative date for the APSC Preliminary Examination is 17th March 2024 and the APSC Main Examination is tentatively scheduled to be held on June/ July 2024.

Educational Qualification for APSC CCE Exam

The candidates must hold a Degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possesses such qualifications as may be declared equivalent by the Government

Note: The candidates must possess the prescribed qualification on the date of submission of their application.

Age Limit for APSC CCE

The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 1st January 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for APSC Combined Competitive Examination

Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India

Regional Language Proficiency: The candidate should be able to speak Assamese or other official language or associate official languages of the State or any of the tribal languages of the State.

Residentship: The candidate must be an original inhabitant of Assam

Employment Exchange Registration: The candidate should be registered in a District Employment Office of Assam

Small Family Norms: The candidates will have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the APSC CCE Prelims Examination
