Educational Qualifications & Experience for the DU Recruitment 2024

1) Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical)

• First Class M.A in Sociology/Social Work or a second class degree in M.A in Sociology/Social Work with PhD with requisite research experience and a minimum of 2 years’ field experience in community development.
• The qualification must also include a minimum of 1 year experience of project management with knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research.
• Candidates with research experience on substance abuse would be given preference.

2) Project Research Scientist-I

• First Class M.A in Sociology/Social Work or a second class degree in M.A in Sociology/Social Work with PhD and requisite research experience.
• The Desirable Qualification is a minimum of 1 years of research experience in community development/ substance abuse.

3) Project Technical Support-III

• Graduation in Sociology/Social Work with two years of experience, or Post-Graduation in relevant subject/field.
• The Desirable Qualification is minimum 1 year field experience in community development/ substance abuse.
• Candidates with working knowledge of computers and fluency in the local languages spoken in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam would be given preference.

4) Project Technical Support-I

• Graduation in Sociology/Social Work with a minimum of 1 year experience of administrative work.
• Candidate must have a typing speed of 35 words per minute.
