Eligibility Criteria For IBPS Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
I. I.T. Officer (Scale-I):
- 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in relevant fields OR
- Post Graduate Degree in relevant fields OR
- Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ level.
II. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I):
- 4-year Degree in relevant agricultural and related fields.
III. Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I):
- Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English at the graduation level OR
- Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi at the graduation level.
IV. Law Officer (Scale I):
- Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
V. HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I):
- Graduate and Two Years Full-time Post Graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HR / HRD / Social Work / Labour Law.
VI. Marketing Officer (Scale I):
- Graduate and Two Years Full-time MMS (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
Citizenship Requirement:
- Indian citizenship as per the Constitution of India.

The Candidates Age Limit For IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment 2024 is between 20 years to 30 years as on 1st August, 2024. Candidate should be born between 2nd August, 1994 to 1st August, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
