IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2023 Details

1. Name of Post: Senior Executive (Project)

No. of Posts: 02

Salary: Rs. 29,000 – Rs. 40,000

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA / Social Science.
• 3-5 years of proven track record of implementation in Social/ Community development project especially in livelihood development project.
• Experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of Project report, Business plan & report writing of projects.

Responsibility:

• Involved in aspects of project implementation such as ensuring the project stays within the budget, working with staff and other individuals to implement project activities.
• Monitor and report on progress of project, analyze data, make suggested corrections as per requirement.
• Prepare proposals and reports as per directions.
• Proper documentation of records.

Key Skills:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems.
• Excellent computer skills, collaborative working style and team – player attitude.
• Ability to work independently with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Should have entrepreneurial zeal to work hard with extra miles and ready for extensive tour.

2. Name of Post: Senior Executive (Accounts)

No. of Posts: 01

Salary: Rs. 29,000 – Rs. 40,000

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate (preference will be given to Commerce/ Management/ Accounts background)
• 3-5 years of proven track record in Finance and Accounts related operations in Social/ Community development project especially in livelihood development project.

Responsibility:

• Passing necessary Journal Entries/ book keeping in Tally and monitoring the same on day-to-day basis.
• Maintaining MIS of various receivables, expenses and other specific ledgers as per the requirement knowledge.
• Having knowledge of GST return filling, TDS payment and Reconciliation related compliances.
• Making various payments database and processing the same.
• Preparing and processing notes for approvals.
• Capable of coordinating with various teams for managing the work flow.
• Preparation of Invoices/ Vouchers as required.
• Having knowledge of PFMS is a must.

Key Skills:

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems at basic level.
• Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and having entrepreneurial zeal to work hard with extra miles.
• Excellent computer skills, Collaborative working Style and team – player attitude.
