KAAC Recruitment 2021 Notification
The Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Diphu has recently released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 19 Inspectors of Taxes, Constables, and other Vacancies under the establishment of the Taxation Department, KAAC.
The interested and eligible candidates may apply for the posts available in the format prescribed below.

1. Name of Post: Assistant Commissioner of Taxes

Educational Qualification: Master Degree in any stream
Salary: PB: 3, Rs. 22,000-Rs. 87,000 + Grade Pay: Rs. 9,700
2. Name of Post: Inspector of Taxes (Grade-II)
No. of Posts: 04
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Salary: PB: 3, Rs. 22,000-Rs. 87,000 + Grade Pay: Rs. 9,100
3. Name of Post: Assistant Inspector of Taxes (Bazar Supervisor) (Grade-III)
No. of Posts: 02
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Salary: PB: 2, Rs. 14,000-Rs. 49,000 + Grade Pay: Rs. 6,200
4. Name of Post: Enforcement Constable (Grade-IV)

Educational Qualification: HSLC passed

Age Limit for KAAC Recruitment 2021
The candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2021. The upper age limit is relaxable as stated under:
(a) By 05 years for SC/ST candidate, i.e up to 43 years.
(b) By 03 years for OBC/MOBC candidate, i.e up to 41 years.
The age limit of the candidate will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/HSLC Admit card on pass certificate issued by a recognized Central/State Board and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.

Other Criteria for KAAC Recruitment 2021
Residentship:Â The candidate must be a permanent resident of Karbi Anglong District, since 1952. As a proof of domicile by the candidate, he/she must produce a domicile certificate issued by the ARO, KAAC, of the respective circle.
Physical Fitness:
(a) The candidate must be of sound health, both mentally and physically.
(b) Required to undergo medical examination before appointment to the service.
How to Apply for KAAC Recruitment 2021
The eligible candidates can submit their application in the dropbox addressed to the Secretary, Taxation placed on the 1st floor of the old Secretariat building, KAAC, Diphu from 17th Sept 2021 to 04th October 2021 during office hours except on holidays.
The eligible candidates shall apply in the Standard Form of application along with a KAAC money Receipt of Rs 10 (ten) for ST/SC and its Rs. 20 (twenty) for other candidates as an application fee.
The eligible candidate must submit 03 (three) Nos Passport size photograph and affixing one copy on the application form self-attested.
Self-attested Xerox copies of all relevant Certificates/Mark sheets/ Caste Certificate etc have to be submitted along with the application.
