The Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Govt. of India, has released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 25 Legal Associate Vacancy in its Polity and Law Division.

The interested and eligible candidates may apply for the following posts mentioned below.

Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change Recruitment 2020 Details

1. Name of Post	Associate (Legal) – A
Salary	Rs. 40,000.00 per month
Essential Qualification	(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/ or Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India and having experience of more than one (01) year and up to two (02) years. (ii) Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council, under the provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961
Desirable Qualification	(i) Experience in handling cases related to the environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife etc.in a Government of India or State Government Department/ Board (ii) Possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects/ fields from a recognized University/ Institution.

2. Name of Post	Associate (Legal) – B
Salary	Rs. 50,000.00 per month
Essential Qualification	(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/ or Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India and having experience of more than two (02) years and up to three (03) years. (ii) Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council, under the provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961
Desirable Qualification	(i) Experience in handling cases related to the environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife etc.in a Government of India or State Government Department/ Board (ii) Possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects/ fields from a recognized University/ Institution.

3. Name of Post	Associate (Legal) – C
Salary	Rs. 60,000.00 per month
Essential Qualification	(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/ or Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India and having experience of more than three (03) year (ii) Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council, under the provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961
Desirable Qualification	(i) Experience in handling cases related to the environment, forests, biodiversity and wildlife etc.in a Government of India or State Government Department/ Board (ii) Possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects/ fields from a recognized University/ Institution.

Age Limit for Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change Recruitment 2020

The maximum age limit for engagement of Associates (Legal) shall be 45 years.
