Poshan Abhiyan Assam, Department of Social Welfare has recently released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 12 District Coordinator, Block Coordinator, and Project Assistant Vacancy under the State Project Director, POSHAN Abhiyaan, Assam.

1. Name of Post: District Coordinator
No. of Posts: 02 (Nagaon, Tinsukia: 01 each)
Salary: Rs. 30,000
2. Name of Post: Block Coordinator
No. of Posts: 06 (Bongaigaon, Dhubri, Goalpara, Jorhat, Kamrup (R), Udalguri: 01 each)
Salary: Rs. 20,000
3. Name of Post: Project Assistant (Block Level)
No. of Posts: 04 (Cachar, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Sivasagar: 01 each)
Salary: Rs. 15,000
Age Limit for Poshan Abhiyan Assam Recruitment 2021
The candidates’ age must be between 18 years to 40 years.
Age Relaxation:Â The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to SC/ST by 05 years: for candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC categories by 03 years; and for candidates belonging to Persons With Disabilities category by 10 years as of 01-01-2021.

Educational Qualification for Poshan Abhiyan Assam Recruitment 2021
District Coordinator:Â
- Candidate must be graduate or certification/ diploma in Computer Science or IT.
- At least 2 years of experience in application maintenance and support.
- Good oral and written communication skills in the local language.
- Computer literacy must.
- Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.
Block Coordinator:Â
- The candidate must be a graduate.
- At least 2 years experience of working with technology and software application support.
- Good oral and written communication skills in the local language.
- Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.
Project Assistant (Block Level):Â
- The candidate must be a graduate.
- At least 2 years experience of working with Community/ Local Government.
- Good oral and written communication skills in the local language.
- Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.
How to Apply for Poshan Abhiyan Assam Recruitment 2021
- The interested candidates may apply as per the prescribed Application Format (Annexure-I) along with self-attested copies of testimonials relating to educational qualification, experience, etc.
- Candidates applying for multiple positions will have to submit separate application forms against each post. Candidates will have to produce the original certificates as and when required.
- The application should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the post applied for at the top and addressed to the concerned District Social Welfare Officer Office.
- As proof of residence, the applicant will have to submit a photocopy of any one document, namely, Voter ID/PRC/Employment exchange Registration No./Resident certificate from the concerned Circle Officer.
