Eligibility Criteria For Purabi Dairy Recruitment
Qualification & Experience:
1) Executive (Marketing & Sales)
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline/Post-graduate degree/diploma in Business Administration (Marketing)
Experience:
- 5 years for Graduate
- 3 years for Post Graduate in marketing & sales in Dairy/FMCG-Retail sector
- Candidates with experience in other sectors need not apply
2) Assistant-II (Purchase)
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years in managing purchase-related work in a manufacturing industry (preferably food industry)
3) Assistant-I (Sales & Distribution)
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in sales & distribution in Dairy/FMCG-Retail sector
- Candidates with experience in other sectors need not apply
4) Assistant-I (Procurement & Input)
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university
Experience:
- 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the development sector
- Experience in village-based extension activities is an added advantage
5) Assistant-I (CFP-Laboratory)
Qualification:
- B.Sc (Chemistry)/M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized educational institute
Experience:
- 2 years in cooperative/private cattle feed plant/food industry or similar sector
6) Assistant-I (Technical-Procurement & Input)
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/Mechanical/Electrical from a recognized institute/university
Experience:
- 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the development sector
- Experience in cold chain management is an added advantage
- Preference given to experienced candidates
7) Assistant-I (Technical- Information & Communications Technology)
Qualification:
- ITI in COPA/IT & ESM/Electronics/IT/Electrical after 10th standard from a recognized institute
Experience:
- 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the development sector
- Experience in village-based extension activities is an added advantage
8) Assistant-I (Billing)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institute/university with a minimum 1–year Computer Literacy Diploma Certificate
Experience:
- 1 year of full-time experience with working knowledge in computer applications such as GRIM, ERP, internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Relevant experience in FMCG/Dairy is an added advantage
