Citizenship: Only for Indian Citizens.
Eligibility Criteria For SAI Recruitment
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s in Sports Management or technical fields like B. Tech/MBA or equivalent, with 1 year of relevant experience, or Bachelor‘s with 3 years’ experience.
Desirable:
- Post Grad Diploma in Sports Management.
Experience:
- Data science methods, software proficiency, Olympic sports understanding.
Preference:
- Research, published papers, national/international sports participation.
NOTE:
- Experience will only be considered if acquired after completing the Essential Qualifications. Periods of Ph.D., research, or fellowships will not count as experience.
- Eligible candidates, as per the mentioned criteria, will be shortlisted for interviews.
- The final merit will be determined solely based on the scores obtained in the interview.
Age Limit For SAI Posts
The maximum age limit for SAI Recruitment 2024 is 32 years old as on 20th April, 2024.
Age relaxation for individuals with prior service in Sports Authority of India (SAI) is as follows:
- 2-3 years of SAI experience: 1-year relaxation
- 3-5 years of SAI experience: 2-year relaxation
- 5-7 years of SAI experience: 3-year relaxation
- 7-9 years of SAI experience: 4-year relaxation
- 9-11 years of SAI experience: 5-year relaxation
- 11-13 years of SAI experience: 6-year relaxation
- 13-15 years of SAI experience: 7-year relaxation
