The State Bank of India (SBI) has recently released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 5008 Junior Associate (JA) in various branches of SBI across the country.

Educational Qualification for SBI Junior Associate Recruitment 2022

The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government.

FINAL YEAR STUDENTS:

Those who are in their final year/semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 30-11-2022

Age Limit for SBI Junior Associate Recruitment 2022

Not below 20 Years and not above 28 years as on 01-08-2022, i.e., the candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1994 and not later than 01-08-2002 (both days inclusive)

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 Years for SC/ST candidates, 03 Years for OBC candidates and 10 Years for PWD candidates.

Selection Procedure for SBI Junior Associate Recruitment 2022

The selection process will consist of online test (Preliminary and Main Exam) and test of specified opted local language.

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Online Preliminary Exam consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1-hour duration consisting of 3 Sections of English language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability.

Phase – II: Main Examination: Structure of Online Main Exam would be as follows: General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude.

Test of specified opted local language: Those who qualify for selection and produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be subjected to any Language test.

In the case of others (qualified for selection), specified opted local language test will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining. Candidates not found proficient in specified opted local language would be disqualified.

Final selection will be subject to:

• Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application.

• Qualifying in the test of specified opted local language, where applicable, as detailed above

The category wise fee structure for SBI Clerk Online application is as given below:

• General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 750 (application fee including intimation charges)
• SC/ST/PWD: nil
