SSA Assam Recruitment 2024: The Samagra Siksha Assam (SSA) has released the official recruitment notification for the SSA Assam Recruitment 2024 under NIPUN Bharat.
This notification announced a vacancy of 68 Consultant and Data Analyst vacancies for a Project Management Units (PMU) at state and district levels for implementation of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Mission in Assam. Qualification & Experience for the SSA Assam Latest Vacancy
i) Data Analyst State PMU
Academic Qualifications:
- MCA/BE/M.Sc (I.T/Computer Science) or Master’s in Statistics/Econometrics with 50% from recognized institutions.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Assamese and English (written and verbal).
Computer Proficiency:
- SPSS, MS Office, Google Suite, internet.
Experience:
- 3+ years in Programming, Data Handling, Software Development, Data Analysis in Government/Education/NGO sectors.
ii) Consultant District PMU (Language)
Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree with 50% in Language/Education from a UGC recognized university or equivalent.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Assamese and English, both written and verbal.
Computer Proficiency:
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and internet.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academics, language-related work, academic content development, textbook/syllabus/curriculum-related work, or educational administration.
- Experience gained in Government Offices, Education Departments, Government Undertakings, Schools, or NGOs working under Government Projects.
Desirable:
- Ph.D./M.Phil from a recognized University.
iii) Consultant District PMU (Numeracy)
Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree with 50% in Mathematics/Statistics from a UGC recognized university or equivalent.

Selection Process for SSA Assam Vacancy
The SSA Assam Recruitment process for Project Management Units involves:
i) Shortlisting:
- The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the SSA Assam official website at ssa.assam.gov.in.
ii) Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an Interview.
- The Interview, along with document verification, will be conducted at the State Mission Office, Samagra Shiksha, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
