State Bank of India Specialist Officier Recruitment 2021 Details
1. Name of Post: Circle Defence Banking Advisor
No. of Posts: 01 (UR)
Place of Posting: Hyderabad
Age Limit: 60 years as on 31-05-2021
Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must be a retired Major General or Brigadier from Indian Army, or from comparable ranks from the Indian Navy or Air Force
2. Name of Post: Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication)
No. of Posts: 04 (Gen: 03, OBC: 01)
Place of Posting: Mumbai
Age Limit: 30 years as on 01-04-2021
Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA (Marketing)/Full-time PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE /UGC with Minimum marks- 60% Courses completed through correspondence/ part-time will not be eligible.
Experience: Minimum 03 years, post-basic qualification experience (as of 01.04.2021) in the field of marketing financial products in a Financial Institution/ Company.
3. Name of Post: Assistant Manager – Engineer (Civil)
No. of Posts: 36 (GEN: 17, OBC: 09, SC: 05, ST: 02, EWS: 03)

Age Limit: 21 – 30 years as on 01-04-2021
Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree/a post-graduation (Master’s degree) in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
4. Name of Post: Assistant Manager – Engineer (Electrical)
No. of Posts: 10 (GEN: 06, OBC: 02, SC: 01, EWS: 01)

Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01-04-2021
Eligibility Criteria: A Bachelor’s degree/a post-graduation (Master’s degree) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
5. Name of Post: Deputy Manager (Agri Spl)
No. of Posts: 10 (UR: 05, EWS: 01, OBC: 02, SC: 02)
Place of Posting: Corporate Centre or any other place as decided by the Bank
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as of 01-07-2021.
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in Rural Management or MBA/PGDM in Agri-Business / Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management/ Postgraduate in Agriculture as a full-time course from a recognized Institute/ University.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Post Qualification experience in Agri-Business of Public Sector Banks/ Private Sector Banks/ NBFC, in the capacity of Executive/ Supervisory role, as of 01.07.2021. Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
6. Name of Post: Relationship Manager (OMP)
No. of Posts: 06 (UR: 05, OBC: 01)
Place of Posting: Mumbai or any other place
Age Limit: Â 25 to 35 years as on 01-07-2021
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech along with MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree (as full-time course) with specialization in Marketing The institute should be recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of total experience as of 01-07-2021
- Out of 5 Years, 4 years of experience after completion of MBA degree should be in Supervisory/ Executive role in the field of Marketing, Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building, Business Development in the organization of repute in the BFSI, Automobile, FMCG Sector or any consumer-facing company.
- While counting for the post-qualification experience of 4 years, the period spent in training or teaching experience will not be considered.
- Experience in e-Commerce related areas will be preferred.
7. Name of Post: Product Manager (OMP)
No. of Posts: 02 (UR: 01, SC: 01)
Place of Posting: Mumbai or any other place
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as on 01-07-2021
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics & Communication along with MBA/ PGDM or equivalent degree (as full-time course). The institute should be recognised/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE Certification will add value: Certified Scrum Product owner (CSPO)/ Product Manager/ Product Owner.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of total experience as of 01-07-2021
- Out of 5 Years, 4 years of experience after completion of MBA degree should be in role Product Manager and having experience with eCommerce/ Banking industry/ Fintech Company/ Information Technology or consumer-facing company.
- While counting for the post-qualification experience of 04 years, the period spent in training or teaching experience will not be considered.
- Experience in e-Commerce related areas will be preferred.
