1. Name of Post: Junior Engineer (Civil)

No. of Post(s): 149

Salary: Rs. 29,600 – Rs. 1,19,500 (IDA).

Required Qualifications:

• 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
• Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

2. Name of Post: Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Salary: Rs. 29,600 – Rs. 1,19,500 (IDA)

Required Qualifications:

• 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

• 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Required Qualifications:

• 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Government /Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
• Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

5. Name of Post: Supervisor (IT)

Salary: Rs. 29,600 – Rs. 1,19,500 (IDA)

Required Qualifications:

Regular Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ level course from Government/ Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

OR

Three years regular Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT from Government/Government they have recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

OR

Regular BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) from Government/Government recognized Institutes with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023.

6. Name of Post: Supervisor (Survey)

No of post(s): 19

Salary: Rs. 29,600 – Rs. 1,19,500 (IDA).

Required Qualifications: 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Surveying/Survey Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Experience: The candidate must know with job description-taking longitudinal section, cross section, contouring, topographic survey, hydrographic survey, land map, valuation statement, land acquisition works, drawing of detailed survey map, handling and operating Theodolite, EDM, Total Station (Computerized Survey Instrument), Codifying the Data, Survey Software Program (e.g. LISCAD, etc.) including terrain modeling in computer, printing, etc. with minimum 1-year post qualification experience as on 30.06.2023.

7. Name of Post: Sr. Accountant

No of post(s): 28

Salary: Rs. 29,600 – Rs. 1,19,500 (IDA).

Required Qualifications: Inter CA Pass or Inter CMA Pass.

8. Name of Post: Hindi Translator

No of post(s): 14

Salary: Rs. 27,000 – Rs. 1,05,000 (IDA).

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree from a recognized Indian university in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the Degree level or Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian university in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the degree level. Pass candidates are eligible to apply.

Experience: One-year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023 in using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi and Vice Versa in Central/State Govt./PSU.OR One-year post-qualification experience in research or teaching in Hindi in Central/State Govt. Educational Institute. OR Degree/Diploma in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa from a recognized Indian University.

9. Name of Post: Draftsman (Civil)

No of post(s): 14

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 85,000 (IDA).

Required Qualifications: Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman Civil Trade from NCVT with NTC/NAC.

10. Name of Post: Draftsman (Elect./Mech.)

No of post(s): 08

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 85,000 (IDA).

Required Qualifications: Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman Mechanical/ Electrical Trade from NCVT with NTC/NAC.

Age Limit for NHPC Limited Recruitment 2023

The candidates’ age must be within 30 years as of June 20, 2023

Category-wise Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 

• SC/ST: 05 years
• OBC/ NCL: 03 years
• PwBD-UR/EWS: 10 year
• PwBD-OBC: 13 years
• PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years
