1. Name of Post: Financial Management Officer (Junior Grade II)

No. of Posts: 103

Category Wise: UR: 53, OBC/MOBC: 28, SC: 07, STP: 10, STH: 05

Salary: Rs, 30,000 – Rs. 1,10,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 12,700

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from any recognized University

2. Name of Post: Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade III)

No. of Posts: 103

Category Wise: UR: 53, OBC/ MOBC: 28, SC: 07, STP: 10, STH: 05

Salary: Rs, 30,000 – Rs. 1,10,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 12,700

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/Technology in Civil Engineering (Full Time) from any All India Council for Technical Education) (AICTE) recognized university/institution.

Age Limit for Housing and Urban Affairs Recruitment

The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 1st January 2023

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

• SC: 05 years
• ST: 05 years
• OBC/ MOBC: 03 years
• PwBD: 10 years

Eligibility Criteria for Housing and Urban Affairs Recruitment

Citizenship: The candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Residentship:

• The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.

• The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate / Voter ID card of the candidate or his/her parents will be treated as proof of residency along with the application form.
