Qualification & Experience for the Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment 2024
Educational Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Engineering (Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology).
- Aggregate of all semesters/years: 55% and above for General, OBC (NCL) & EWS Candidates; Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities).
Experience:
- Trainee engineers with IT support experience preferred.
- Experience in PC maintenance and network switch management.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi/Regional Language required.
Age Limit for the BEL Vacancies
- BE/B.Tech: Upper age limit is 28 years
- ME/M.Tech: Upper age limit is 30 years

Age Relaxation:
The upper age limit indicated is for candidates belonging to General & EWS Category.

Period of Contract for the BEL Posts
Trainee Engineer-I (TE):
- Initially for 2 years from joining date.
- Extension: Can be extended up to 1 more year (maximum tenure of 3 years including initial period) based on project progress and candidate performance.
Salary for the BEL Recruitment 2024
Trainee Engineer-I:
- 1st Year: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- 2nd Year: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
- 3rd Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month.
