Educational Qualifications for the Women and Child Development Assam Recruitment 2024
i) Resident Superintendent:
- Master’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in women-related domains within a governmental or non-governmental administrative setting.
- Preferably 1 year of counseling experience within or outside the same setting.
Preference for Candidates:
- Resident of the local community to utilize local expertise effectively for center functioning.
ii) Office Assistant:
- Graduate degree holder.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office documentation-related roles.
- Proficient in computer skills.
Experience:
- Experience at state or district level with governmental or non-governmental organizations.
iii) Multi-purpose Staff:
- Literacy required.
- Knowledge or experience in the relevant domain preferred.
- High school pass or equivalent preferred.
iv) Cook:
- Literacy is necessary.
- Knowledge or experience in the relevant field is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
v) Security Guard / Night Guard:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as security personnel in a government or reputable organization at the district/state level.
- Preferably retired military/para-military personnel.
Age Limit for WCD Assam Vacancies
Candidates must be between 21 – 38 years old, as on 01.012022.
Upper age limit relaxation of 5 years for candidates under SC, ST (P), and ST(H) categories.
Note: Candidates can only apply for a particular position in one district.
