Educational Qualifications for the NTPC Recruitment 2024
1) Deputy Manager (Electrical Erection)
- B.E / B. Tech Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/
Institution.
2) Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection)
- B.E/B. Tech Degree in Mechanical Production with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
3) Deputy Manager (C&I Erection)
- B.E/B. Tech Degree in Electronics/Control & Instrumentation / Instrumentation with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
4) Deputy Manager(CivilConstruction
- B.E/B. Tech Degree in Civil/Construction with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Prior Work Experience (All Posts)
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training/ trainee period, if any) in respective areas of Power Sector, out of which minimum 5 years’ executive experience in erection & commissioning of systems related to Mechanical/Electrical/C&I/Civil.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (including training/trainee period, if any) in the executive cadre in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or Private company of repute, out of which minimum 02 years’ experience in the post and scale of Rs. 60000 – 180000 or above (IDA pay scale of E3 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent level/post profile.
- The candidate from private sector should also submit form 16 of previous employer of FY: 22-23 related to income tax return.
NTPC Recruitment Age Limit
The upper age limit is set at 40 years old.
