1) CEO:
Essential Qualifications:
Doctorate in Life Sciences/Allied Sciences
# 10+ years experience (excluding Ph.D. tenure) in:
- Industry
- CRO
- Technology Business Incubators
- Start-ups
- Innovation Management
- Academic/Research organizations
Master’s in Business Management
# 15+ years managerial experience in:
- Industry
- CRO
- Technology Business Incubators
- Start-ups
- Venture Capital Firms
- Innovation Management
Experience in:
- Incubation policy documents
- Startup and entrepreneur ecosystem
- Networking with industry and incubation centers
- Mentoring routine operations
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Allied Areas preferred
- Experience in Science and Technology-driven start-up incubators
2) Incubation Manager:
Essential Qualifications:
Post-Graduation in Business Management/Technology/Allied Science with a minimum of 60%.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Allied Areas/Technology is preferable.
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in the relevant field (excluding Ph.D. duration).
3) Technical Officer:
Essential Qualifications:
Post Graduation in Life Sciences or Allied Areas.
Desirable:
Minimum of 2 years work experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit For NIPER Guwahati Posts
The Age Limit for NIPER Guwahati Recruitment 2024 is:
- CEO: Not more than 45 years as on 4th July, 2024.
- Incubation Manager: Not more than 40 years as on 4th July, 2024.
- Technical Officer: Not more than 32 years as on 4th July, 2024.
