North East Small Finance Bank Recruitment 2021 Details
1. Name of Post: Chief Treasury Officer
No. of Posts: 01
Job Location: Head Office, Guwahati, Assam
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent. PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA strongly preferred)
Experience:Â At least 15 years of relevant experience with minimum of 7-8 in Banking or Financial Institutions/ services with a thorough understanding of markets, hedging, investments, bank account management, and internal funds flow.
2. Name of Post: Head-Internal Audit
No. of Posts: 01
Job Location: Head Office, Guwahati, Assam
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant mandatory with other allied Educational Qualifications
Experience:Â Minimum 15 years of experience in banks or financial institutions with at least 4-5 years in internal audit/risk/compliance.
3. Name of Post: Head-IT Applications
No. of Posts: 01
Job Location: Head Office, Guwahati, Assam.
Educational Qualification: BBA/ B.Tech/ BSc (Computer Science/ IT) or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA/ M.Tech from a Tier 2 college preferred)
Experience:Â Minimum of 08 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years in the Banking Industry in a similar profile. Should have team managing experience for 01-02 years
4. Name of Post: Zonal Head (a Zone Comprises Of 3-4 Clusters)

Job Location: The selected candidates posting shall be across the North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. PG Diploma in Management preferred
Experience:Â Minimum 12-15 years of experience in banking with at least 03 years as a Cluster/ Zonal/ Area/ Region Head or equivalent in other Banks. Shall be responsible for looking after a minimum of 20 Bank branch offices and approximately 200 staff members. Shall be responsible for overall business growth (both Asset and Liability), Recovery & NPA Management as well as People Management
5. Name of Post: Cluster Business Manager (a Cluster Comprises Of 6-8 Branches)

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. PG Diploma in Management preferred
Experience:Â Minimum 07-10 years of experience in sales/ branch operations. Should possess excellent knowledge of banking products & processes with team handling experience. Preference will be on leadership quality in leading a team of 75-100 staff members
6. Name of Post: Branch Head
No. of Posts: 30
Age Limit: The selected candidates posting shall be across the North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. PG Diploma in Management preferred
Experience: Minimum 05-07 years of experience in Branch Operations with good knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements in banking.Should be responsible for overall branch performance both Asset and Liability as well as Recovery for which knack of leading from the front as well as a 360-degree view of branch operations is required.
7. Name of Post: Area Credit Manager
No. of Posts: 17
Job Location: The selected candidates posting shall be across the North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. PG Diploma in Management/ Finance preferred
Experience:Â Minimum 03-04 years of experience in credit underwriting and credit administration. Will be responsible for overall underwriting of proposals within the geographical jurisdiction. Also will be responsible for credit administration relating to portfolio management.
8. Name of Post: Credit Executive

Job Location: The selected candidates posting shall be across the North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Finance or equivalent from a recognized University.
Experience:Â Minimum 01-02 years of experience in the field of credit underwriting. Primary responsibility will be a communication of credit queries, observation to branches, coordinating between different stakeholders, preparing Credit appraisal memo, and presenting the case to Area Credit Manager
