Eligibility Criteria For OIL India Various Posts Recruitment

Qualification & Experience:

1) Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator:

• Class 10 pass from a Government Recognized Education Board.
• 3-year Diploma in any Engineering discipline from a Government Recognized Polytechnic with 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Drilling/Workover activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science from a Government Recognized University with 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Drilling/Workover activities.
• Class 10 pass from a Government Recognized Education Board with a Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/Welder/Motor Mechanic/Machinist Trade from a Government Recognized Institute, along with 5 years of post-qualification work experience in Drilling/Workover activities.

2) Contractual Drilling/Workover Mechanic:

• Class 10 pass from a Government Recognized Education Board.
• 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering from a Government Recognized Polytechnic.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience, including maintenance and operation of engines, pumps, compressors, generating sets, laying and connecting high-pressure lines, in Drilling/Workover wells in any E&P company.

3) Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator:

• Class 10 pass from a Government Recognized Education Board.
• Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/Welder/Motor Mechanic/Machinist Trade from a Government Recognized Institute.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Drilling/Workover activities, including rig floor operations like making & lowering BHA, and Double and Thribble Board operations such as tripping in/tripping out tubular.

4) Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Mechanic:

• Class 10 pass from a Government Recognized Education Board.
• Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic Trade from a Government Recognized Institute.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience, including maintenance and operation of engines, pumps, compressors, generating sets, laying and connecting high-pressure lines, in Drilling/Workover wells in any E&P company.

Pay Scale for OIL India vacancies

1) Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator:

• Fixed emolument: Rs. 19,500.00 per month based on attendance.
• Variable emolument: Rs. 750.00 per day for each working day.

2) Contractual Drilling/Workover Mechanic:

• Fixed emolument: Rs. 19,500.00 per month based on attendance.
• Variable emolument: Rs. 750.00 only per day for each working day.

3) Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator:

• Fixed emolument: Rs. 16,640.00 only per month based on attendance.
