Salary For SAIL Manager Vacancies
Manager E-3:
- Salary Range: Rs. 80,000-3% – Rs. 2,20,000 (Approximately Rs. 24.4 Lakh per annum)
- Emoluments include basic pay, industrial dearness allowance, perquisites, medical facility for self and family, provident fund, gratuity, etc., as per company rules.
- House Rent Allowance provided only if company accommodation is unavailable.
- Special benefits for executives posted at Mines of JGOM.
Deputy Manager E-2:
- Salary Range: Rs. 70,000-3% – Rs. 2,00,000 (Approximately Rs. 21.8 Lakh per annum)
- Emoluments exclude PRP, location-based allowances, etc., and include similar benefits as mentioned for Manager E-3.

- CBT: 150 MCQs (50 Domain, 100 Aptitude).

- Final selection: CBT & Interview marks (80:20 ratio).
