Educational Qualification Limit For the Sainik School Recruitment 2024

1) PGT (Mathematics)

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics with a Degree in Education OR M.Sc. Ed in Mathematics from Regional College of Education, NCERT.
• 50% marks in Graduate & Post Graduate degree.
• Preference to higher education, proficiency in English language, proficiency in Games/Sports/outdoor activities, proficiency in Information & Technology in teaching, talents in Music/public speaking/fine arts, minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium School, CTET/STET qualified.

2) TGT (English)

• Graduate in/with English or a recognized Degree in Education OR Four-year B.A. Ed. With English from Regional College of Education.
• 50% marks at Graduate level.
• Preference to higher education, proficiency in English language, proficiency in Games/Sports/outdoor activities, proficiency in Information & Technology in teaching, talents in Music/public speaking/fine arts, minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium School, CTET/STET qualified.

3) TGT (Social Science)

• Option 1: Graduate with two subjects out of History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, and Geography OR Honours Graduate with History or Political Science or Geography as a main Subject.
• Option 2: B.A.Ed. with Social Science from the Regional College of Education.
• 50% Marks in Graduation.
• Preference criteria similar to PGT and TGT (English).

4) Computer Teacher/Trainer

• B.Sc. Computer Science/BCA/Bachelor of Information Technology OR Graduate Degree/3 Years Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT/Computer Applications from recognized institutions OR ‘A’ level from DOEACC.
• Additional certification in Drone Technology, Artificial Intelligence with 50% marks.
• Preference to aptitude for training, strong communication skills.

5) Craft & Workshop Instructor

• Matriculation or equivalent.
• Two years trade certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Centre.
• Ability to teach through the English Medium.
• Preference to higher qualification and experience.

6) Band Master

• Potential Band Master/Band Major/Drum Major Course at the AEC Training College and Centre, Panchmarhi, or equivalent Naval/Air Force Courses.

7) Lab Assistant

• 10+2 in Science Stream.
• Preference to a Graduate degree in science, working experience as a Lab Assistant or in any Scientific organization in a technical capacity, ability to communicate in English.

8) PEM/PTI Cum Matron (Female)

• Recognized Diploma in Physical Education.
• Ability to speak and understand Assamese, Hindi & English.
• Preference to Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P. Ed) recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education, at least 03 years working experience in any residential school, NCC B/C Certificate holder.

9) LDC

• Matriculation from any recognized Board.
• Typing Speed at least 40 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Computer, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Points, and Internet.
• Preference to knowledge of shorthand and ability to correspond in English, higher education as qualification.

10) Matron

• 10+2.
• Ability to speak and understand Assamese, Hindi & English.
• Desirable: Graduate degree, similar work experience.

11) Horse Riding Instructor

• Intermediate or equivalent from recognized Board.
• Knowledge of Horse Riding/Risaldar Course qualified.
• Desirable: Ex-serviceman, experience as Instructor in any Horse riding Club/race course in India/Abroad, experience in training students.

12) Mess Manager

• Matriculation or equivalent.
• Diploma/Degree in catering from a recognized institution.
• At least five years of experience of running a catering organization independently in the civil, Defence Services, or in any other similar organization.
• Ability to maintain Mess accounts, knowledge of Computer.
• Desirable: JCO or equivalent from catering trade or with more than 5 years catering experience.

13) Football Coach (Male/Female)

• Essential Qualification: Minimum AIFF D License coach.
• Desirable Qualification:
  • Experience in representing any national/prestigious event (Durand Cup, IFA Shield, Subroto Cup, Santosh Trophy, Indian Super Cup)
  • Young and Dynamic (not more than 35 years old)
  • Fluent in Communication Skills
  • Working experience in Residential School

14) Volleyball Coach

• Essential Qualification: Diploma or Certificate coach in Volleyball OR Represented NE National or Senior Level Competition.

15) Basketball Coach

• Essential Qualification: NIS Coach OR Diploma or certificate coaching OR Player participated in National Level Tournament.

16) Archery Coach

• Educational Qualification: Certificate from NIS OR State/District level medalist

17) Skating Coach

• Educational Qualification: Certification from Roller Skating Federation of India

18) Karate Coach

• Essential Qualification:
