Eligibility for Assam Free e-Rickshaw Scheme
The applicants must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

The interested and eligible youths may apply online for availing the benefits of the Assam Free E Rickshaw Scheme once the official portal goes live.
As per the information received, the online portal will start receiving applications from 30th December 2023 onwards.
Follow these steps to apply for New Assam Scheme:
- Step 1: Scroll down and go to Important Links
- Step 2: Click on Apply Online link
- Step 3: Click “Apply Here” on the page
- Step 4: Identify and click on the option for form fill-up
- Step 5: From the drop-down menu on the form, choose the desired course/ scheme
- Step 6: Complete all the required fields in the form. Upload all necessary documents as indicated. Ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Step 7: Once the form is filled and documents are uploaded, locate, and click the “Submit” button, as marked in the image
- Step 8: After submission, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP in the designated field on the page. Click “Verify” to confirm
- Step 9: Upon successful verification, a confirmation popup will appear. Click “OK” to proceed
- Step 10: Following the confirmation, download and/or print the submitted application for your future reference. Additionally, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with your application number.
- Step 11: In case you forget or lose your application, you can reprint it by entering your application number and the registered mobile number on the designated page.

The applicants will need to upload the following documents to complete the online registration process of the new Assam Government Free UPSC Course and 4-Scheme Distribution.
