Assam NEET Merit List 2020

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has released a notification regarding the Assam NEET Merit List 2020 for the admission into various Government Medical and Dental Colleges across the state for the academic session 2020-2021.

The candidates who appeared and passed successfully in NEET – UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) 2020 can now check and download the Assam NEET Merit List 2020 for MBBS and BDS courses in the Medical and Dental Colleges of Assam for the session 2020 under the State quota seats.

Assam NEET 2020 MBBS/ BDS Merit List

All the eligible candidates who have successfully qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET – UG) 2020 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission into 1st Year of MBBS/ BDS courses in the Medical and Dental Colleges of Assam for the session 2020 under the State quota seats can now check Assam NEET 2020 Merit List for MBBS and BDS Courses.

The Merit List is available at the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam’s Official Website (https://dme.assam.gov.in)

The 1st round counselling for selection of eligible candidates for admission into 1st Year MBBS/ BDS courses under state quota seats will be conducted online by DME, Assam on the basis of this merit list only.

The Assam NEET 2020 Merit List consists of the following details for each of the candidates:

a) Applicant’s State

b) NEET Roll Number

c) Candidate Name

d) Category

e) State Rank

f) NEET 2020 score

g) Percentile

h) All India NEET Rank

Counseling for Assam NEET 2020

The counseling for admission into the 1st Year of MBBS/ BDS courses under the State Quota seats of Assam will commence from 05-11-2020 to 10-11-2020 (03:00 pm) which will be available at the official website of Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam (https://dme.assam.gov.in)

Online filling of choices and locking of choices will be available from 07-11-2020 to 10-11-2020 (midnight), after which the choices will be locked automatically, if not locked earlier by the candidate.

After processing the data, a college-wise and course-wise list of selected candidates will be prepared.

A list of selected candidates along with modalities of admission will be displayed on the website of DME Assam on 14-11-2020.

The selected candidates will have to get admitted to the respective Institutions as directed and pay the requisite fees along with counseling fees at the time of admission.
